We had a great stay at Toya’s Place! The location is excellent—right next to a Walmart and just across the street from the condo’s swimming pool. It was also very easy to get to downtown Jacksonville and the beaches. The apartment is comfortable and had everything we needed. We were two adults and two kids, and the air mattress worked well for the children. The building's gym also has great equipment, which was a nice bonus. Everything was smooth and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The house was great, very clean and well kept it was also much bigger than the photos looked. Toya was also a great hostess she always responded quick and was very helpful when we needed anything.

Toya's suite was defiantly was top tier one of kind i loved how responsive you were during our stay. I love how she was so accommodating the first day of us checking in. Also, the pictures do not lie. The amount of shows i was able to watch and unwind with a nice cup of tea was amazing. Super quiet neighborhood, she also had some unique board games which I also loved. Of course i was busy throughout our stay and was barley home during the demander of our stay but the time I was in there it felt like home. Also her cleaning lady was so nice and sweet to me when she dropped of something before i left the suite defiantly 10/10 for me and will be coming back hopefully soon.

Had a wonderful stay. Place was spotless when I arrived super comfy bed and couch loved being a walking distance from Walmart. I was raised here so it was nice coming back to see home and couldn’t have asked for a better place not only to sleep but was close to a lot of things too also had lovely pond just outside to walk around and see the local ducks. If you are looking for a private,clean, place I 1000% recommend to stay here for your trip

Her condo was extremely nice. Clean and quiet. Trash pick up was a nice perk. She responds very quickly also and so nice. I plan to stay again when I come back to the Mayo Clinic. Very close. Also very comfortable bed!

Toya was super responsive and helpful during our stay! We had a last minute event we needed to attend and Toya was super accommodating as we checked in during the middle of the night! The space felt super cozy like we were at our own place. Loved the amenities and within walking distance there are great restaurants and stores which helped during our short trip!

First of all, this might be the BEST AirBnB I have EVER stayed at! Extremely clean, private, but close to so many great places nearby! The bed was so comfortable and everything was so nice that I had to ask Toya where she bought everything! Secondly, Toya was a joy to communicate with! She was helpful, friendly, and always available whenever I needed. If I could rate this experience 10+ stars, I would! I felt right at home! If you need a place to stay, look no further!

Toyas place was Great!!! I stayed with myself and 2 children very safe and the loved the pool. The plus for me was walmart was a 3 minute walk from my unit. When I return to jacksonville I definitely will be booking again😊

Me and my best friend went on a beach trip for my birthday and the place was amazing we used to pool very frequently she provided so many little things to air bnb that we didn’t need to run to the store for which was very appreciated she was very attentive to all of our needs and just made the environment amazing 10/10 recommend!

This is our third experience in one of the Toya apartments. We regularly travel to Jacksonville due to medical appointments and in said three occasions, alway had been the same experience. An apartment totally clean, quiet, safe and with all the amenities that you can get in a luxury hotel. We will have more travels to Jacksonville and by far that we do not going to stay in any other place that not be one of the Toya apartments.
